When you eat at Starling you'll know what we value through our food and the setting.
We only use fresh eggs that are cracked by hand. We use unsalted butter and heavy cream in our sauces and scones. Hand made baguettes are used for signature stuffed French Toast.
When we offer fruit on our menu, it's fresh berries that are purchased daily. Not soggy melon or grapes that usually come pre-cut in a bag. You can get that at most other breakfast joints around. But not here. Our chefs actually cook and create not just warm things up or cut open boil and bag pre-cooked junk. It definitely isn't the most cost effective way to do things but, we are after all, in the cooking business. If you are not actually COOKING, then what is the point?
